1. Services Provided

Cotton Mile Cargo offers last-mile delivery, cargo transport, moving, junk removal, and medical courier services within the greater Atlanta area. Specific details of each service will be outlined in your booking confirmation.

2. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure all items for delivery, moving, or removal are properly packed, labeled, and ready at the agreed time.

Provide accurate pickup and drop-off information.

Disclose any hazardous, oversized, or restricted items before booking.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late or failed payments may result in service cancellation or additional fees.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a fee.

Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

5. Liability

Cotton Mile Cargo is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents, or circumstances beyond our control.

While we handle all items with care, Cotton Mile Cargo is not responsible for pre-existing damage, improperly packed items, or prohibited goods.

For medical courier services, Cotton Mile Cargo ensures timely delivery but is not responsible for the condition of improperly packaged materials.

6. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service if an item is unsafe, illegal, or improperly prepared for transport.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
